100 Technology Drive

BKA helped reposition a late ‘80’s office building with a modern aesthetic and contemporary amenities package. The design effort focused on creating a “street” to connect the three-story lobby with a large and a disassociated two-story dining room to the rear. New finishes enliven the lobby and alterations were made to the large spiral staircase. A contemporary entry vestibule was designed as a focal point of the large brick and glass mass.

Renovations included restroom upgrades, general lighting and mechanical improvements. New seating areas, barista station and a “grab n’ go” were added to activate the spine. The common area features food service counters, soft seating lounges, tiered gaming stands, active arcade space and conference rooms that surround a well lit break area.
