Mentoring is an integral part of the process BKA uses to support staff during their Intern Development Program (IDP).  This often leads to new challenges.  Knowledge is deepened through critiques of work produced.  In-house lunch and industry seminars are used to allow staff to follow industry trends, products and expand areas of personal interest.  Staff are encouraged to advance through the Architectural Registration Exams and LEED Accreditation.

We are seeking one or more Project Managers with a minimum of 5 years retail design and roll-out program experience to join our Retail Group. Besides experience, the other qualifications we are looking for include:

| Masters of Architecture | LEED Accreditation | Proficiency in AutoCAD | Experience with Managing Client Relationships | Registered Architect and Proficiency in Revit would be a plus|
